Pretalk is a social app that helps people get to know each other through conversation, with the help of AI-based suggestions. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy described below. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pretalk. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to accept these terms.
You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Please provide accurate information about yourself. Accounts created with false identities or on behalf of someone else may be suspended.
When using Pretalk you agree not to: harass, threaten, or insult other users; share illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content; impersonate another person; request money from other users or send commercial spam; share other users’ personal information or private messages without their consent; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools; or use the app for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
You keep ownership of the content you share on Pretalk (such as your profile, photos, and messages). By sharing it, you allow us to host, process, and display it within the app so the service can work — for example, showing your profile to other users. You are solely responsible for the content you share, and you must have the right to share it.
Parts of Pretalk are powered by artificial intelligence, including the AI conversation, interest analysis, and match suggestions. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete, and suggestions are not guaranteed to be suitable. AI conversations are not a substitute for professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice. We do not promise that you will find a match or any particular result from using the app.
We do not conduct background checks and do not verify the identity of users. Please use your own judgment when talking to or meeting anyone you connect with through the app, and be careful about sharing personal information. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
We collect the information needed to run the service: your account details (such as email or phone number), the profile information and photos you provide, your messages (including conversations with the AI assistant), your approximate location if you allow it, and basic technical data. We use this information to operate the app, generate AI-based analysis and match suggestions, keep the community safe, and improve the service. Some AI processing may be performed by third-party AI service providers. We do not sell your personal data. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You can delete your account from within the app; some data may be retained for a limited period where needed for legal, safety, or technical reasons.
You may stop using Pretalk or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk, and we may change or discontinue parts of the service.
Pretalk is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pretalk and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from interactions between users or from reliance on AI-generated content.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know within the app. Continuing to use Pretalk after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

پریتاک یک اپلیکیشن اجتماعی است که به آشنایی افراد از طریق گفتگو و با کمک پیشنهادهای مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی کمک میکند. با ساخت حساب کاربری یا ورود به اپ، شما این قوانین استفاده و سیاست حریم خصوصی زیر را میپذیرید. اگر با بخشی از آن موافق نیستید، لطفاً از اپ استفاده نکنید.
برای استفاده از پریتاک باید حداقل ۱۸ سال داشته باشید. با استفاده از اپ تأیید میکنید که ۱۸ سال یا بیشتر سن دارید و از نظر قانونی مجاز به پذیرش این قوانین هستید.
مسئولیت فعالیتهای انجامشده با حساب شما و حفظ امنیت روش ورودتان بر عهدهٔ خود شماست. لطفاً اطلاعات درست دربارهٔ خودتان وارد کنید. حسابهایی که با هویت جعلی یا به نمایندگی از فرد دیگری ساخته شوند ممکن است مسدود شوند.
با استفاده از پریتاک متعهد میشوید که: دیگر کاربران را آزار ندهید، تهدید یا توهین نکنید؛ محتوای غیرقانونی، نفرتپراکنانه یا مستهجن منتشر نکنید؛ خود را جای فرد دیگری جا نزنید؛ از کاربران درخواست پول نکنید و پیام تبلیغاتی نفرستید؛ اطلاعات شخصی یا پیامهای خصوصی دیگران را بدون رضایت آنها منتشر نکنید؛ از ربات یا ابزارهای خودکار استفاده نکنید؛ و از اپ برای هیچ هدف غیرقانونی استفاده نکنید. در صورت نقض این قوانین، ممکن است محتوا حذف یا حساب محدود شود.
مالکیت محتوایی که در پریتاک به اشتراک میگذارید (مانند پروفایل، عکسها و پیامها) برای خود شماست. با اشتراکگذاری آن، اجازه میدهید آن را برای کارکرد سرویس میزبانی، پردازش و در داخل اپ نمایش دهیم — مثلاً نمایش پروفایل شما به کاربران دیگر. مسئولیت محتوایی که منتشر میکنید تنها بر عهدهٔ خود شماست و باید حق انتشار آن را داشته باشید.
بخشهایی از پریتاک با هوش مصنوعی کار میکند، از جمله گفتگو با دستیار هوشمند، تحلیل علایق و پیشنهاد آشنایی. محتوای تولیدشده توسط هوش مصنوعی ممکن است نادقیق یا ناقص باشد و مناسب بودن پیشنهادها تضمین نمیشود. گفتگو با هوش مصنوعی جایگزین مشاورهٔ تخصصی، پزشکی، روانشناختی یا حقوقی نیست. ما تضمین نمیکنیم که با استفاده از اپ حتماً فرد مناسبی پیدا خواهید کرد.
ما سابقهٔ کاربران را بررسی نمیکنیم و هویت آنها را تأیید نمیکنیم. لطفاً در گفتگو یا ملاقات با افرادی که از طریق اپ با آنها آشنا میشوید احتیاط کنید و در اشتراکگذاری اطلاعات شخصی محتاط باشید. مسئولیت تعامل شما با دیگر کاربران تنها بر عهدهٔ خود شماست.
ما اطلاعاتی را که برای ارائهٔ سرویس لازم است جمعآوری میکنیم: اطلاعات حساب (مانند ایمیل یا شماره تلفن)، اطلاعات پروفایل و عکسهایی که وارد میکنید، پیامهای شما (از جمله گفتگو با دستیار هوشمند)، موقعیت مکانی تقریبی در صورت اجازهٔ شما، و دادههای فنی پایه. از این اطلاعات برای اجرای اپ، تحلیل مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی و پیشنهاد آشنایی، حفظ امنیت کاربران و بهبود سرویس استفاده میکنیم. بخشی از پردازش هوش مصنوعی ممکن است توسط ارائهدهندگان خدمات هوش مصنوعی ثالث انجام شود. ما دادههای شخصی شما را نمیفروشیم. برای محافظت از اطلاعات شما اقدامات معقولی انجام میدهیم، اما هیچ روشی کاملاً امن نیست. میتوانید حساب خود را از داخل اپ حذف کنید؛ برخی دادهها ممکن است برای مدت محدودی به دلایل قانونی، امنیتی یا فنی نگهداری شوند.
شما میتوانید هر زمان استفاده از پریتاک را متوقف یا حساب خود را حذف کنید. ما نیز ممکن است حسابهایی را که این قوانین را نقض میکنند یا امنیت دیگران را به خطر میاندازند محدود یا مسدود کنیم و ممکن است بخشهایی از سرویس را تغییر دهیم یا متوقف کنیم.
پریتاک «همانگونه که هست» و «در حد دسترسی» و بدون هیچگونه تضمینی ارائه میشود. تا حداکثری که قوانین قابل اعمال اجازه میدهند، پریتاک و گردانندگان آن مسئول خسارات غیرمستقیم، اتفاقی یا تبعی نیستند، از جمله خسارات ناشی از تعامل میان کاربران یا اتکا به محتوای تولیدشده توسط هوش مصنوعی.
ممکن است این قوانین را گاهی بهروز کنیم. در صورت تغییرات مهم، از طریق اپ به شما اطلاع میدهیم. ادامهٔ استفاده از پریتاک پس از اعمال تغییرات، به معنای پذیرش قوانین جدید است.
